Jungle Training Session

WITH TAVI CASTRO & YANITA YANCHEVA

A guided functional training session in Papaya Playa Project’s jungle gym environment. Programming is adapted to your assessment results and delivered by coaches with expertise in performance physiology and movement. Breath integration under load is incorporated as a tool for both performance and recovery.

AFTERNOON

Rest & Recovery Preparation

A structured rest window using the Day Suite to hydrate, rest, and allow the body to begin its recovery process before the final session. This is an active part of the performance protocol — not optional downtime.

Recovery Session

A targeted recovery treatment to accelerate the body’s adaptation to training. Deep tissue or recovery-focused bodywork addresses muscle fatigue, supports circulation, and reduces the physiological cost of the day’s exertion.
